If something doesn’t seem right, check the following areas:

Label/Stickers are not printing - do NOT keep clicking print:

  • Is the print station plugged in to the computer?

  • Is the background browser tab open on the laptop?

  • Is there a stable Wi-Fi connection?

  • Are there labels in the printer? Is there a jam in the printer?

The profile name is not appearing to be checked in:

  • Is the setting set to volunteer only or child only?

  • Is the profile marked as a child on the family tab (if applicable)?

  • Is the demographic correctly assigned?

The profile is checked in, but the room is incorrect/no room is available:

  • Is the child’s age entered correctly?

  • Is the child’s year level entered correctly?

  • Is the child in high school? If so, they need to be checked in to ‘No Room’ as they are a youth student (this is how the system is designed)
